Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive at Sappy, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the support system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathise with customers.
- ProblemSolving: Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
