My journey began in 2005, in a call center with just a phone, a list, and a stubborn belief that I could make something happen. Cold calling small businesses, selling managed websites, I learned how to connect, how to listen, and how to earn trust one call at a time.
From there, I moved into software, booking meetings for account managers selling enterprise solutions. I learned how technology solves real business problems. Later, I sold B2B mailing lists across the US and Europe, gaining a deeper understanding of sales, targeting, and customer intent.
Those experiences shaped every company I've built since. Each startup, each product, each failure and success layered new insight on top of that foundation.
And now, with Sappy, I'm pouring all of that knowledge into a platform built to help businesses grow. It's a reflection of every lesson, every late night, and every conversation along the way.
I'm grateful to the friends who stood by me, the colleagues who challenged me, and the mentors who guided me. Without you, none of this happens.
